In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 6l999 website accessible at https://6l999.io and any associated mobile applications or services operated by 6l999.
• "6l999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform operating under an international gaming licence.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other available market through the Platform.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the independently audited software mechanism that determines outcomes in electronic casino games.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform timestamps and deadlines.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6l999. They apply to all use of the Platform including browsing, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, betting activity, and any communications with 6l999 support staff.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 6l999 Platform or had an Account closed for misconduct.

6l999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 6l999 support will result in Account suspension and may lead to permanent closure. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months.

Each eligible individual may register exactly one Account on the 6l999 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — constitute a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances will be voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obliged to update your Account details promptly if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 6l999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

6l999 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Two-factor authentication is available as an optional additional security layer and is strongly recommended for all Accounts.

All Account Balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Available methods may vary from time to time at the discretion of 6l999.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit: Subject to limits displayed within your Account settings and the limits of the payment provider used.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for standard amounts to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. 6l999 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or the recipient's financial institution.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 in a single transaction or ৳50,000 cumulative within any 30-day period.
• 6l999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request regardless of amount if fraud prevention or AML procedures require it.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be recovered by 6l999 once transmitted through a third-party payment processor. Please verify all payment details before confirming any transaction.
• Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable directly. They must first be converted to real Balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements set out in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

6l999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 6l999 bears no responsibility.

All Bets placed on the 6l999 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or arcade games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all products include the following:

• A Bet is confirmed only when a unique confirmation reference is issued by the Platform. Bets not confirmed by a reference should be reported to support immediately.
• In the event of a technical fault causing an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome to be displayed or applied, 6l999 reserves the right to void the affected Bets and restore Account Balances to their pre-Bet state.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited RNG software. 6l999 does not interfere with, influence, or have advance knowledge of any individual game result.
• Minimum and maximum Bet sizes vary by product and market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.

• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted before suspension are honoured; bets attempted during suspension will not be accepted.

• Bonuses are issued to eligible registered Accounts only. 6l999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus via a duplicate Account is a breach of these Terms.
• Free bets that do not win are not returned to the Account. Where a free bet wins, the stake is not included in the winnings — only the net profit is credited.
• 6l999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already opted in, the terms at the time of opt-in will be honoured.
• Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6l999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place Bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with casino games in a manner that is not available to standard users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other Users or with Platform employees in any betting activity.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or RNG anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid KYC thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's technology infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6l999 support staff or other users via any communication channel.

6l999 actively monitors Platform activity using automated systems and manual review processes. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged, reviewed, and actioned without prior notice.

All content on the 6l999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, data compilations, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the property of 6l999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 6l999.
• Create derivative works based on any part of the Platform's design, technology, or content.

6l999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. An administrative fee of ৳50 per month will be applied to dormant Account Balances until the Balance reaches zero or the User logs back in. 6l999 will attempt to notify the Account holder by email at least 30 days before the dormancy fee commences.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Balances derived from, or augmented by, prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

6l999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6l999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 6l999 complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body under the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
